Free next day local delivery is available, and will be delivered the next day after your order is placed (Mon – Sat), and will be delivered between 4pm-6pm or 7-9pm. We are closed Sundays, so orders placed on Saturday will be delivered Monday. This is up to 5 miles from SK13 2NS, minimum order £8.
We also offer Next Day Click & Collect, from Unit 6, Etherow Industrial Estate, Woolley Bridge Road, SK13 2NS 12-7pm Mon-Sat – your order will be ready to collect from 12noon – 7pm the following day (Mon-Sat)
We also offer postage which is £2.95 for 2nd Class Royal Mail, £5.95 for 1st Class Royal Mail, or £9.00 for DPD. All orders over 2kg will be sent by DPD. All postage orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days max as all items are made and ready to go 🙂
Pre-Orders: If you want to place and order for local delivery for a certain day/date, no problem! Simply let us know in the notes on check out when you would like delivery and we’ll deliver on that day.
Terms & Conditions
All our bath bombs are hand-made. All bombs are cosmetic tested as law requires. We have Shea Butter based, Apricot kernel oil based & Sweet Almond Oil recipes. All offering their own skin benefits.
As they are hand made, they may not always be perfectly spherical, there maybe small cracks, or bobbles etc, but they will all work how they should 🙂 Colour can vary from batch to batch
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please bear in mind, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully hand-made and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

Most bath bombs contain body safe colourants and fragrances and will not stain either a person or a bath tub. As with all bath products – please rinse bath after use to remove any particles (eg glitter or lavender etc) and any remnant of colour. Please make sure your bath is clean before use – eg a “tide mark” on a bath may attract more colour than a clean surface. If your bath tub is painted or damaged, it is advisable to avoid bath bombs with colour as the porous areas will attract the colour and prove difficult to remove. All of our suppliers use either water soluable dyes or mica in their products. Bath bombs are highly coloured products and as such transference can occur to skin or clothing if handling when wet. Please note that they are only temporary discolouring to skin and will not cause any lasting staining.
Please note that if you have sensitive skin – you are always advised to check ingredients and then carry out a skin test – dampen a small part of the bath bomb and rub on inner arm – check 24 hours later for any reaction. Often children can have sensitive skin so it is always best to do a skin test on any new product. Fragrance oils in particular, can have any one of 26 known allergens in (proved to cause irritation / rash / discomfort).
All products are for external use only. Bath bombs are not suitable for children under 3yrs.

By purchasing from this website you agree you are happy with receiving your order within the stated timescale at the time of the order. We will change the duration of the timescale depending on the time of year, such as busy Christmas periods and so on. We will not accept any refunds or returns based on that of timescale issues. When purchasing from our website, we collect some personal information such as: name, address and contact details (email, telephone) for the purposes of marketing promotions and record keeping. We may use this information for our own personal market research and stats figures and to also send promotional material via email such as new product launches and special offers. It is never sold or leased onto any third parties and is only used within our own business, Whizzpoppers for the reasons previously mentioned. You are free to opt out of marketing material at any time via the email instructions.
Your personal information is never shared or discussed and is kept private and hidden in line with appropriate data protection acts.
Any issues with your order such as product shortage, damages or any other discrepancies must be reported to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of from your delivery dispatch date, stating your order number and reasons why you wish to return your product/s. If you contact us any later than 7 days your return/refund is hereby void and unaccepted. For damages and other visual discrepancies, we will also require photographic evidence of your described issues.
We cannot accept returns or refunds based on that of minor damages or imperfections. We class a minor damage as that of small imperfections of the products, such as slight breakages where small pieces of a product has damaged during shipping, or the sugar decorations used have snapped or broken at all. We package our products to the best of our ability to ensure this doesn’t occur, however, the sugar decorations are fragile and can snap occasionally, as well as the corners of the bath bombs.
We cannot accept refunds or returns based on colour or design variations of the products from that advertised. We try our best to have high quality control, however please bare in mind that due to the handmade nature of our products, differences will occur in design and colour, although we will try our best to ensure an even and accurate distribution of products.
We reserve the right to decline a refund/return if we do not feel the reasons for said return are sufficient or true.
Should you decide that you no longer would like your order you can request a refund if and only if your order was placed in the 24 hours previous to contacting us. You have 24 hours from the date and time of ordering to request cancellation and a full refund will be given. Any requests for refunds after this time will be null and void. We generally reorder ingredients daily, so after this time we will have spent money out on the ingredients needed to complete your order therefore we are unable to refund in these circumstances. By all means you can still cancel your order but no refunds will be given.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We hold all relevant cosmetic product safety reports and insurance policies ensuring our compliance with current EU regulations. All ingredients used are cruelty free.
